Hillel at Baruch

•Oversee the end-to-end management of student and donor data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all records and processes. 

•Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform future fundraising strategies.

•Develop and maintain custom reports to track student engagement, and donor contributions, providing actionable insights to leadership.
 
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data analysis into actionable strategies for enhancing student and donor engagement.

Data Manager

• Ensured safety of Jewish students at Baruch College protests by providing security presence and educating students on how to responsibly handle sensitive situations. 
• Cultivated relationship with campus administration and State government, working both proactively and reactively to combat Antisemitism. 
• Managed engagement at three campus Hillels (Fordham, NYIT, John Jay) with 200 student members, consistently creating and executing Jewish programming.
• Co-led winter and summer volunteer trips to Israel with groups of 30 students to support the ongoing war efforts. 
• Recruited, coordinated, and co-led Krav Maga 6-week training for 25 Hillel students. 
• Contributed to student development by supporting educational fellowships such as career readiness and men’s mental health.
