Responsible for the full digital and eCommerce strategy, driving revenue, managing performance marketing, and improving retention. From Q1 to Q3 2024, delivered 80% YoY online growth and scaled spend efficiently across all key channels.

Built and led an in-house team covering marketing, CRM, and eCommerce. We’ve improved ROAS by 17% while increasing paid media investment by 53%, and cut budget waste by over 16%.

Working closely with the leadership team and founder, I’ve helped sharpen brand positioning, tighten up PR, and ensure creative and commercial are aligned.

I led the marketing strategy, designed the tool, and built out the LLM prompt system that powers the research engine. It’s used by teams at AMEX, YMU Talent, and Regular Practice—and has been endorsed by Rory Sutherland.

Scoops blends qualitative depth with speed and automation, giving marketing teams the insights they actually need to move faster and make better decisions.

Brought in during a key phase of digital expansion to help shape Chelsea Peers into a stronger DTC brand with a clearer strategy, sharper performance, and a more connected customer experience.

I focused on the core eCommerce engine, building out a new Shopify Plus ecosystem, improving retention, and driving marketing effectiveness. Over the course of the project, we delivered 450% YoY DTC revenue growth and hit multiple seven-figure milestones.

The customer database more than doubled. AOV rose by 20%. Conversion rates improved by 25%. Social engagement grew 4x, reaching 97K followers.

Working closely with the internal team, I helped build a performance-first marketing approach that brought digital, PR, and trade activity into one cohesive plan.

P&Co

Co-founded and built P&Co into a globally recognised lifestyle brand, known for its clear consistent campaigns, cult-like customer base, and standout identity in the fashion, tattoo and motorcycle scenes.

Served as CMO from 2016 to 2020, leading marketing, digital, and eCommerce as we scaled the DTC side of the business and expanded internationally.

Drove self-funded growth to seven-figure annual revenue, with the brand shipping to over 30 countries and amassing a highly engaged social media following.

Led the launch of limited collections, collaborations and story-led campaigns that defined the brand’s aesthetic and earned a loyal global community.

Stepped back from the day-to-day early 2020, remained in a Non-Executive role until exiting in August 2022.
