After a 4-month break, where I moved back to my hometown of Brussels, I have rejoined the Creative Marketing team over at Peloton. Responsible for new product launches and all things App/Digital Membership focusing on retention.

Creative Operations Project Manager 

As a Creative Project Manager, Product I focused on Tread and Guide across all 5 global markets for Peloton (US, CA, UK, AU, DE) 

I was a key stakeholder in the Tread US launch, Hera Global launch and the Guide launch in April 2022. 

My responsibilities included: 
• Resource planning for creative teams (weekly basis) 
• Be the liaison between all markets & teams such as; Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Prodcut teams, Developers, Pre/Post Production 
• Launched numerous seasonal email campaigns for Tread US & CA 
• A key stakeholder in launching numerous Guide email assets as well as webpages

Reported to the Integrated Production Supervisor, my main focuses were: Overseeing the full project cycle of print (posters, leave behinds, brochures); digital (apps, video, animation) 
• Communicated with external vendors (ie. animated production house) and flagged timeline and budget changes to the client 
• Created estimates and timelines as well as project planning based on the project brief
• Lead daily status meetings in which we review all the actionable items for each project, for that day (on average, I managed 10-15 projects simultaneously). These meetings included: editorial, copy, art, developers, broadcast producers and engagement + medical strategists (~ 15-20 people) 
• Active point person for any issues/flags/questions
• Lead weekly financial meetings where we review the financial status of each job, in comparison to the SOW 
• Suggested budget and SOW changes, if needed 
• Attended client/vendor meetings and raise issues/concerns for timeline and budget. Actively take notes and share a recap with the team

Senior Project Coordinator

Reported to the Global Director of Operations, I worked to support the Global Digital & Innovation team in all that it does, with key emphasis on:
• Coordinated the day-to-day activities, schedules and objectives to ensure maximum efficiency across all outputs that the team touches
• Supported key global initiatives including: pushing the Disruption methodology for the company and helping to broaden the everyday workings of making Disruption a reality in all that the Collective does, vetting partnerships and learning initiatives to then scale for the Collective in order to scale those learnings across key offices, rolling out the new TBWA website and supporting the development of the CMS guide to allow local offices to adopt with ease, working to deliver social strategy and content for the Digital Arts Network social handles and effectively supporting global initiatives the team undertakes
• A lead on pushing women talent in the network and broadening the scope, awareness and understanding of increasing diversity throughout the Collective 
• While a Project Coordinator, I was elected to partake in the Omnicom Emerging Stars program - class of 2017.

Bollare is a full-service style and communications agency in Manhattan, as a senior intern I reported to the Digital Manager. 
I created collaboration pitches on behalf of clients to share with social influencers, attended business events and styled items for influencers (based on their social media feeds) as well as handled incoming/outgoing product. 
Clients included: Kevyn Aucoin, Big Star Jeans, Happy Socks, Komono, House of CB London & Vans

Belgian native with nearly 8 years of advertising/fashion PR experience in NYC, relocated back to Brussels in 2022, after 10 years in the concrete jungle, currently making things happen as Content Senior Project Manager at Publicis Groupe. 

I'm a strategic thinker who doesn't shy away from a challenge. Truly loves to look at a project and problem  and -piece puzzle.
