Tension Therapy™ is a simple, effective treatment system that adresses a range of tension-related pain disorders and movement restrictions otherwise considered complex or untreatable. It restores more fluid, more easy, more pain-free movement through precisely targeted manual therapy and training.

I work to help clients from all walks of life improve their function and well-being, and rediscover a state where they can work free from pain and restriction, with a healthy, unstressed, well-functioning body.

Working with some of the most respected and skilled researchers within the field of biomechanics in Denmark, my responsibilities as Student Research Assistant on this project investigating the effects of ballistic vests on police officers included:

•	Researching basic methodology to determine measurements to be included in the study, based on considerations of study rationale and purpose

•	Developing the framework for the test protocol of the pilot study

•	Creation and initial testing of measurement setups in order to evaluate practicality and optimal sequencing of tests with regards to time constraints and reliability of measurements

•	Designing project presentations and communicating project essentials to key stakeholders, including key management representatives in the Danish Police.

•	Building visions for how research results can be implemented practically in the context of expanded cooperation

Research Assistant, Student

Working directly under the Director of Education for Physiotherapy, my primary responsibilites were to design, structure, and maintain a corps of student instructors to teach various courses, and while in this position, I:

•	Planned, organized, and taught instructor courses in basic biomechanics for two consecutive semesters

•	Planned, organized, and trained instructors for a 12-week course in anatomical palpation with more than 40+ student participants and 15 volunteer instructors for two consecutive semesters

•	Completed a comprehensive foundational analysis of the impact of course and curriculum structure, workload structuring, and educational narratives, on student motivation and participation

•	(based on the above analysis) Created the blueprint for a story-driven educational platform designed to free up cognitive and temporal resources, improve initiative and engagement, and promote a feeling of meaningfulness and purpose among students

•	Drafted a full-scope plan for integrating biomechanics and basic anatomical understanding more fully into the existing course structure, improving information structure and enabling no-assumptions step-based learning

Addressing student motivation and engagement were not strictly a part of my duties, but became so implicitly, as it was found to be necessary to enable and maintain recruitment for the corps. This work - along with the improved understanding of organization and planning of courses with larger bodies of volunteers -  is possibly the most valuable experience I bring with me from this job, as it taught me how to identify and address barriers to action, and how to free up resources by providing better narrative context and improving the structuring and formatting of information, within an organization.

As an independent administrative student employee, my tasks included:

•	Setting up, maintaining and engaging with a volunteer corps of innovation-minded students that participate in technology-focused workshop cooperations with our business partners

•	Setting up and training part of an instructor/assistant teaching corps of skilled students to teach specific classes for their fellow students, utilizing both simple and advanced in-house technologies (e.g. gait analysis using integrated myon EMG and AMTI force plate systems)

•	Creating and maintaining content for specific lessons and classes taught in-house, as well as input and  feedback on the potential didactic value of technological acquisitions (e.g. Kinetisense and other mocap-related visualization tech)

•	Various presentation- related and administrative tasks

Working alongside a skilled and versatile team of full-time colleagues and with a corps of highly engaged volunteer students, I devoted much of my time to assisting in enabling the continued high quality and value of our services to both business partners and students, and searching for new ways to increase the didactic value of innovation and technology in the various study programs of Metropolitan University College.

Independent Consultant

Translation, teaching and consulting for companies and institutions in Mandarin Chinese/PRC-related areas, among these  a basic course in Chinese Business Culture for management-level employees of TDC focusing on managing inter-company business and employee relations with a Chinese partner (Huawei) in the context of an extended cooperation/partnership.

FOREO

As a project consultant with FOREO and its associated companies, I worked primarily with responsibilities in the areas of

• Marketing concept development

• Copywriting and -editing

• IP portfolio management and market research

• Cross-cultural consulting, translating and project-based QA-work between Marketing (English) and IT (Mandarin) departments.

Additionally, I developed the majority of the material - including program, scheduling and speeches - for the sister company 10 Year Anniversary Summit with participation from all major North American distributor and retailers; co-authored a Global Sales Manual for use by retail staff; and developed a plan for a complete revision of the Customer Care department based on analyses of optimal interdepartmental work- and information flows, to improve quality and consistency of the customer care experience.

In the early development stages of FOREO as a brand, I furthermore participated in establishing core brand identity, evaluated product claims, researched registration requirements, and revised website copy based on legal and consumer confidence criteria.

Working with Josephine Campbell was a great learning experience, and she taught me much about the importance and value of communicating CSR-projects in a consumer-relatable way, and including this as a consideration throughout the process in order to achieve both environmentally and financially sustainable green initiatives.

Business Case Editor

Sjælsmark/Varde Bases

Considered one of the best mid-level management educations in Denmark, training and working as an enlisted sergeant with Varde and Sjælsmark bases was a great personal learning experience.

Responsibilities included:

•	General training, motivation and management of recruits

•	Lesson planning, preparation and teaching (everything from operating a radio to navigation using 10-digit coordinate systems)

•	Specialist training (Non-Commissioned Intelligence Officer) with responsibility for maintaining the Command Center and supporting battery-level Intelligence Operations.

•  Support tasks related to maintaining coordinated and smooth intra-battery operations

My time as a an enlisted sergeant taught me the value of organizational structure and motivating leadership in pressured situations, and how to act rationally and constructively in stressful environments. A thorough education in Didactics & Leadership alos enabled me to create and execute both engaging and content-rich training programmes, and the lessons I about structured and efficient teaching are still of great value to me today.

For more than 15 years, I've worked intensively with movement and body structure, always looking for ways to optimize body use. In the process I've developed a unique set of therapeutic approaches that allow treatment of tension-related pain- and movement disorders that are otherwise difficult to address.
