HCM Data Integrations 

Workday

• Subject matter expert and Field Readiness Architect responsible for HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Cloud Connect for Benefits and Credentials integration product sets.
• Create and deliver programs to ensure that the ecosystem has the knowledge, tools, templates and touch-points to deploy Workday integrations in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software Alliances, Support, Development, and Education organizations to ensure that Workday integration toolset is being properly utilized.
• Research, resolve and provide root cause analysis for Service Partner and customer escalations related to Workday integrations.
• Devise and implement new services-facing product release strategies and content.
• Host weekly Knowledge Sharing Sessions with the entire Workday Integrations Ecosystem to educate and inform of new functionality, updates, customer alerts and other integration topics.
• Create, review, prioritize and present content and support the annual Workday Altitude conference.
• Use data driven approach to identify, prioritize, develop and deliver reusable integration assets for maximum implementation cost reduction.

Senior Field Readiness Architect - Integrations

• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
• Work directly with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solution.
• Assist in pre-sales to provide technical options to prospects and help define the statement of work and levels of effort.

• Leading Claims Management Software Company - Team Lead; Developed a number of highly complex Workday Financials related Studio integrations as well as dozens of other EIB and Cloud Connect integrations to internal and external systems.

• Solo Project - Developed a POC application adding SMS capability to Workday notifications using Meteor JS framework.

• Multinational Communications Corporation - Team Lead; Developed a number of integrations to various internal systems as well as external HCM and Payroll vendors. 

• Leading SaaS Provider - Team Lead; Developed a range of highly complex custom Studio integrations to facilitate data-exchange between Workday Financials module and a various banking, finance and payment processing institutions.

• Leading Semiconductor Manufacturer - Team Lead; Developed a range of EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations to Payroll providers as well as a number of internal and external partner systems.

• Contribute to sales and scoping process in identifying potential gaps and feature availability in relation with Workday delivered set of capabilities.

• Maintained, debugged and developed new functionality for an automated state welfare application (Java/J2EE).
• Managed the flow of trouble tickets by assigning criticality, distributing them to developers and monitoring progress.
• Communicated with end users to understand the issues and provide support if necessary.
• Worked closely with client business analysts when new functionality was requested and consulted them on complexities and budgeting.
• Wrote test cases and documentation for QA team.
