• B2B Digital Agile Transformation - managed the customer experience team in a digital transformation programme, defining the overall customer experience framework and strategy 
• B2B Sales Transformation (Pegasystems) - led the agile delivery and global rollout of Pegasystems platform across 1000 users. Responsible for managing a team of 30+ resources to deliver all onboarding, support, training and comms. 
• Digital Strategy Design (B2B) - designed the overall customer experience and capability roadmap
• eCommerce International Deployment - led all European market onboarding, readiness and engagement for an eCommerce deployment
• B2B Sales Transformation (Salesforce.com) - designed the overall sales and governance requirements for a global Salesforce.com deployment

I managed end user training, change, comms and operational readiness activities across multiple releases, ~24 markets and ~20,000 users. I developed a multi-tiered global support model and ticketing tool spanning ~60 agents & led deployment go live activities.

Back when I was in school, I always aspired to become a powerful woman (CEO was the word - to be more precise)

But never know how to do it. I didn’t really know what I had to do to become a CEO.

While in the 2nd year of my college (Engineering) my dad suggested I do a course on digital marketing - and I DID!!!

I was introduced to the DIGITAL WORLD. This turned my life around.

July 2020, I co-founded Inomagic as a Social Media Agency that’s successfully helping clients dominate social media all around the globe. But I realized that’s not it. I need something more.

Generic. Vague. Forgettable.

That's when it clicked.

People don't have time to figure out what you do.

Most people want to be spoon-fed!
After working with hundreds of people in the online business space, I’ve noticed a pattern.

And it has nothing to do with talent.
Or intelligence or even access to money.

The biggest difference between people who grow and people who stay stuck is this:
Some want to be spoon-fed. Others want to understand.

I completely get why people outsource.
Not everyone has the time, energy, or interest to learn marketing, writing, or systems from scratch.

That’s why they hire support. That part makes sense.
But here’s what most people miss.
Even when you hire experts, your growth depends on how resourceful you are.

The people who move fastest:
-Try to understand why something works, not just what to do
-Learn how to think, not just follow steps
-Adapt quickly when tools, platforms, or trends change

Don’t freeze when something isn’t handed to them perfectly

They don’t just consume information. They apply it.
They experiment. They figure things out.

And when they invest in a coach or consultant, they’re not just collecting notes. They’re studying how that person thinks.

That’s the real leverage.
Because strategies change. Platforms evolve. Tools come and go.

But the ability to think clearly, spot patterns, and make decisions?
That’s armor. That’s what keeps you ahead.

Not everyone wants that responsibility. And that’s okay.
But it explains why some people keep circling the same problems…
while others outgrow them.

When you invest in support, what are you really trying to learn, the steps, or the way of thinking behind them?

My highest-ticket client came from 11 seconds of silence.

And I almost ruined it.
47 minutes into a discovery call, I asked: "What happens if nothing changes in the next 6 months?"

She went quiet. No response. No nod. No reaction.
I panicked!

So I did what most coaches do, I started filling the silence.
Explaining features. Sharing case studies. Talking faster than necessary.

And that's when I realized something. The silence wasn't rejection.
It was processing.

Most coaches lose deals in moments like this.
They think pauses need filling. That silence means disinterest.

But your best clients aren't deciding if they need help.
They're deciding whether they're ready to face what happens if they don't change.

So I changed one thing. Next call. Same question.
I said nothing. 11 seconds passed.

Then she said: "I can't afford another 6 months like this."
We closed at $18K.

Not because I pitched better.
But because I gave her space to hear herself.
