Established the PMO function, delivering agile governance and commercial management across 120+ resources
• Customer Service Strategy – led the assessment of a global £Xbn contact centre contract, covering multiple customer channels, segments and countries
• GDPR Business Readiness & Change - led all business critical change and readiness activities to drive data compliant behaviour ahead of the imminent EU GDPR deadline

Strategy & Consulting Manager (Comms & Media)

My focus was on major B2B transformation programmes and core roles included:

• B2B Digital Agile Transformation - managed the customer experience team in a digital transformation programme, defining the overall customer experience framework and strategy 
• B2B Sales Transformation (Pegasystems) - led the agile delivery and global rollout of Pegasystems platform across 1000 users. Responsible for managing a team of 30+ resources to deliver all onboarding, support, training and comms. 
• Digital Strategy Design (B2B) - designed the overall customer experience and capability roadmap
• eCommerce International Deployment - led all European market onboarding, readiness and engagement for an eCommerce deployment
• B2B Sales Transformation (Salesforce.com) - designed the overall sales and governance requirements for a global Salesforce.com deployment

My focus was on a B2B Global Sales Transformation programme (award winning international Salesforce.com deployment) and my core responsibilities spanned the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

I managed end user training, change, comms and operational readiness activities across multiple releases, ~24 markets and ~20,000 users. I developed a multi-tiered global support model and ticketing tool spanning ~60 agents & led deployment go live activities.

During 2020 when COVID struck, I decided to take a leap of faith in myself and become an independent consultant. I haven't looked back since.

Established in the year 2020 - during the pandemic, Act With Confidence has been delivering online & offline workshops, locally as well as internationally! We have held successful online & offline workshops in India, UK, Europe & America, having trained over 200 students globally. Currently, our offline workshops are being held in Andheri West, Mumbai. Registrations are on for both our offline/online batches.

AWC co-founders Ahmareen Anjum and Danny Sura have experience working across various platforms including TV, Stage, Web-series and Films. Both are working professional Actors with a lot of knowledge & 15+ years of industry experience. Our mentors go out of their way to personally guide their students when it comes to navigating the industry and reaching their highest potential as actors.

​What makes AWC unique is that Danny is utilising his Masters degree in Psychology and his Certificate in Personal Counselling and REBT to help people with their mental health. His diverse range of clients include actors, aspiring actors and working professionals.

Timepaas Productions

What started out as four friends having a laugh quickly turned into something a whole lot more! Timepaas has produced content that was way ahead of its time! We produced the first ever Live Action, Online Interactive Murder Mystery game called 'Who Killed The Producer?' We produced a short film that looked at disability within the South Asian community and our last short film focused on the dangers of having blind faith.

I have acted in many stage productions, short films and independent feature films. In 2011, I decided to take the plunge and move to Mumbai to pursue a career in the Bollywood entertainment industry. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in many TV commercials, web-series, stage productions and feature films. 

I have started a YouTube channel called 'Breaking Into Bollywood' where you can see my Bollywood journey first hand and witness the hard work that we actors have to put in!

A professional British-South Asian Actor, I am fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English. Born and raised in Birmingham UK, I moved to Mumbai in 2011 to work in the Bollywood entertainment industry. Since arriving I have worked across all platforms including stage, film, video on demand, television and more. 2023 was my most prolific year yet, seeing the release of 'IB 71' which opened to great reviews and stars Vidyut Jammwal and Anupam Kher. My first international feature film 'Footprints on Water' (with Adil Hussain) having its world premiere at the New York Indian Film Festival and its European premiere at UKAFF 2023. Recently, my feature film 'Out of Time' (in which I played a triple role; main protagonist) released on Jio Cinema. In 2025, I have three web series which will release on major OTT platforms.

Currently, I am touring with 'JAYA - The Victory' which is an English rock musical based on the epic Mahabharata. I am playing the role of Arjuna and its produced and directed by Mrs. Lilette Dubey and her PrimeTime Theatre Company.

My wife and I, both run acting workshops through Act With Confidence. We also are casting directors and are co-founders of Lazy Cat Productions.
