I am managing UK billing operations for Telcoinabox Ltd, to ensure all telecoms bills are produced and reconciled as well as all supplier invoices reconciled against raw carrier billing data. A major part of this role is maintaining and updating the product and billing database utilising SQL, in effect being the manager and gatekeeper of billing, revenue assurance, price routing, and the product portfolio.

Key Achievements:

•	Designed revenue assurance methods with measures to detect billing anomalies and reconciliation of CDR data preventing losses and increasing profits
•	Developed and innovated new efficient workflows saving time and money
•	Transformed billing processes and developed automation for efficiencies

My Biggest LinkedIn Mistake—And What It Taught Me.
(And how to use it to get clients)

I used to think I was doing branding right.

Armed with every marketing trick from my strategic partnerships days:
Hooks, conversion psychology, templates, formulas.

I thought I was ready.

Until one day, someone commented:

“This is good… but I still don’t really know who you are.”

That hit me. Hard.

I was posting. I was working hard. But I wasn’t connecting.

Marketing makes people look at you.
Branding makes people feel you.

And I wasn’t being felt.

I laugh now, remembering how confidently I showed up, thinking posting consistently
and applying strategies was enough.

But people were seeing my content… not me.

The shift came when I stopped asking:
 “What should I post today?”

…and started asking: 
“What is my audience experiencing today?”

I began noticing the weight they carried:
→ Fear of being misunderstood
→ Pressure to look consistent
→ Frustration from posting with no traction

Yesterday, I caught myself staring in the mirror...

Not fixing my appearance, but questioning it.
Wondering how something could look “fine,” yet still feel so wrong.

And for the first time in a long time, I saw it clearly:

I wasn’t tired.
I was out of alignment.

I’d been saying yes too often:

To projects that drained me,
To opportunities that looked good on paper but felt heavy in my gut,
To beliefs that didn’t sound like my own voice anymore.

And the mirror?
 It doesn’t lie.

 It reflects the truth you’ve been trying to outperform.

Yesterday, I made myself a quiet promise:
 If it doesn’t feel aligned — it’s a no.

 No guilt. No over-explaining.

Because speed had me chasing everything.
But alignment gave me momentum that actually meant something.

Now, I measure success differently.

Not by how much I do,
But by how right it feels when I do it.

The mirror taught me something strategy never could.
Growth doesn’t start with doing more.

It starts with being honest enough to stop pretending.
Because real growth doesn’t start with a strategy.

 It starts with self-honesty.
 And clarity always begins there.

2️. Attention asks “How do I attract many?”
→Trust asks “How do I speak to the one who matters?
→The right client doesn’t need convincing.
→They just need resonance.

3️. Attention grows an audience.
→Trust grows a business.
→Followers don’t pay you.
→Aligned people do.

And aligned people respond to clarity, not volume.

So before you post again, ask:

→ “Is this post trying to get attention… or build trust?”
→ “Does it sound like me… or like the version I think will perform?”
→ “Is this content attracting more eyes… or the right eyes?”

Because the truth is simple:

Visibility gets you seen.

But resonance gets you chosen.

And the clients you want won’t choose you because you’re loud.
