- Secured partnerships with 40 NFT projects
- Gained 15k Twitter followers and 2k members on a closed Discord

Deals included: 
- Halo Food Co.: Acquisition of The Healthy Mummy ($17m); Partnership with TheLand China ($USD40m) 
- MedAdvisor: Rollout of the digital COVID-19 patient program ($USD3m); US non-deal investor roadshow 
- Pathify: Launch of Higher Ed Engagement Hub; Partnerships with universities in America

Responsibilities included: 
- Developing and presenting pitch decks and investor presentations 
- Undertaking due diligence on potential clients and acquisitions 
- Drafting ASX announcements 
- Identifying potential investors and scheduling roadshows accordingly
- Acquiring new clients via organic reach out, networking events and personal connections

As the PR manager for Optus Sport for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™  it was to achieve two things: 

⚽️ Grow awareness that Optus Sport is the only place to watch all 64 matches with premium coverage; and 
📣 Showcase that the broadcast talent on the Optus Sport panel are the most experienced and qualified experts in women’s football. 

Thousands of pieces of coverage, hundreds of talent interviews, and one show-stopping tournament later… Optus Sport has redefined what it means to be a football fan and we’ve fallen in love with the people who have brought the game back into our lounge rooms and our hearts 💛

Blaxland Day n Night Pharmacy

In this position, Maddy was tasked to achieve the business goal of becoming the most convenient, innovative, and value-for-money professional pharmacy in the Blue Mountains. This resulted in Maddy on boarding, implementing, and managing Radaro, a delivery software that is currently piloting with the Pharmacy Guild. The software is the uberfaction of script delivery, whereby customers can track their pharmacy delivery driver and leave a review. The business was quickly named a champion pharmacy for best scaling and adopting the technology. This success introduced Maddy into a working group with The National Pharmacy Guild to design the best model for pharmacies Australia-wide. 

Other tasks at Blaxland Day n Night include:
- Orchestrated a series of interview processes that attracted higher quality, more skilful people with attitudes that thrive in the business.
- Analysed the current corporate marketing offer, ultimately moving marketing efforts in-house from an external agency.
- Created and organised new branding of uniforms for staff, supporting the goal of creating a better team-driven culture.

Strategy Manager

Pinky & Perky; Igniting the Conversation

In Maddy's final semester at Bond University, she co-founded Pinky & Perky, a brand that produced unique candles in exchange for a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. She and her team of nine other students made Business Model Execution history by selling out of product in the quickest time frame -  a bittersweet testament to how prevalent breast cancer is in Australia. 

As co-founder and CEO of the not-for-profit, Maddy learnt many valuable lessons regarding stakeholder management, working autonomously, teaming, and the lengthy importance of the entrepreneurial framework, including nailing the value proposition, business model, and customer empathy map.

Primary role is to organise the flagship cocktail Bond social event, Palaver. The position entitles a lot of scope and creative license to think and produce initiatives to increase exposure and build upon the Associations reputation.

I'm glad you asked...

I’m on a mission with the Earlywork crew to make sales the most aspirational career in Australia

But there was just one problem… there is a huge demand for sales talent, but not a single degree or school preparing young people for these roles 

So, Earlywork Academy scouts and trains high-potential career switchers from other industries to outperform in sales

As for me, well… I ate our own dog food!

I was an award-winning publicist for Woolworths, Optus, and Heinz. I led the strategy and execution of the FIFA Women's World Cup for Optus Sport in 2023. It was fun, but it wasn't the end goal. I had an itch for start-ups and doing something unbound 

What I did for a living was less about finding my passion so I can be useful, but rather be useful so I can find my passion

Now, I use the toolbox of skills from my life and career experience to help tech companies uncover the best SDR & BDR talent that they previously wouldn't have discovered in the market

If I’ve had enough of work for the day, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying a nice pinot or chairing the ANZ Regional Board for YPO Next Generation
