2025 recap - a year of building.

We read a lot about other people’s success.
We constantly look at those who are 10 steps ahead of us and feel the pull to grow - which is a good thing.

But we often forget to look at ourselves.
Where we were one year ago. Where we are now.
And that at some point, we wished to be exactly where we are today.

I don’t usually post on LinkedIn - which probably also explains why I’m already six days late with this post 😄 - but the end of 2025 and the start of 2026 felt like the right moment to stop for a second, look back, and reflect on where I was, what I built, and where I’m going next.

2025 was very much a “career-first” year for me.
10-12 hour workdays, a lot of coffee, a lot of Monsters, and a lot of learning.

It was also the year I consciously shifted from chasing short-term wins to building for the long term - better systems, stronger foundations, and decisions that still make sense a few years from now.


Here are some wins I’m grateful for:
🏆 Business wins:
- Generated €15M+ in combined revenue across e-commerce projects
- Achieved 200% YoY profitable growth in a pet supplements brand and expanded into 3 new markets
- Scaled a Pilates studio business: opened 3 new studios and successfully filled them
- Reached 100% YoY revenue growth in a skincare e-commerce brand
- Started working with people and partners outside my local market
- Learned (the hard way) that speed = success in business - but only when paired with direction
- Helped juniors and motivated beginners in marketing & e-commerce reach their first real projects


🏆 Personal wins:
- Leveled up my instrument skills (very proud of this - it’s my mental reset lol)
- Started training more seriously again (and not just gym 😄)
- Finally graduated after 4 years - officially a physiotherapist (might come back to sports massage one day - feel free to save my contact just in case 😉 )
- Recovered from a shoulder injury
- Leveled up my leadership, delegation, and team management
- Went much deeper into both e-commerce and AI - and how to actually use it in practice
- Gained 5kgs - not sure wether this is win or loss hahaha

I also met and connected with a lot of great people across different industries and countries - but more importantly, I built deeper relationships and real partnerships. People I trust, rely on, and can genuinely turn to - both in business and in life.

That’s when I really understood that network = net worth.

Looking into 2026, I plan to be more intentional about sharing what I build and learn - through case studies, practical insights, and real examples from the field - while also expanding my circle of people in business.

I’m still hungry for new stories, new perspectives, and new challenges - and genuinely looking forward to what’s next.
