I believed the same when I entered IIT.

But very quickly, I realised something uncomfortable - everyone around me was good at academics.

Marks were no longer enough.

What actually started to matter was stamina:
- Can you keep going when things feel confusing?
- Can you try again after rejection?
- Can you stay consistent when results are slow?

While college trained my brain, life trained my patience, discipline, and energy.

Startups, leadership, content, business - none of this needs toppers.
It needs people who don’t quit early.

Subjects help you start.
Stamina helps you finish.

If you’re in college today, don’t just prepare for exams, prepare for the long game.

Because life doesn’t reward the smartest.
It rewards the ones who stay!

This habit compounds silently.

It’s daily discipline done without drama.

1 invisible problem is ruining CREATORS growth.

Most people think creators fail because:

That’s not what I’ve seen.
After working closely with creators for years, I realised the real problem is friction.

Too many things slow them down:

• When should I upload?

By the time they answer all this… they don’t post at all.
Not because they’re lazy, but because the process is heavy.

Creators are good at creating.

But when they are forced to do everything alone, creativity dies.

Once we removed friction, once creators only had to show up and shoot, growth became natural.
