Over the past few weeks, I’ve been heads down with my team preparing for the State of Logistics Innovation Summit.

As we sit here at T-1, I can’t help but pause and appreciate the depth of conversations that have shaped every session.
 
We’re unpacking the questions that matter as we head into 2026.
Where fulfillment is really headed as customer expectations rise, cost pressures intensify, and operational complexity becomes the norm.

Why AI cannot succeed without context, grounded data, and a clear operational problem to solve.

How distribution models are shifting: toward more flexible capacity, smarter orchestration, and networks built for volatility, not stability.

And what “intelligent logistics” actually means when you strip away the buzzwords and focus on measurable outcomes. Bringing these insights forward has been a privilege and a reminder that this industry is changing faster than most organizations are ready for.

Tomorrow’s discussions are just the beginning, but I hope the perspectives shared on stage (and the snippets we publish afterward) spark new thinking for the year ahead.
