I was looking at an image of Lionel Messi standing in a roaring Barcelona stadium with me..  lights blazing, crowd alive, history in motion.

For a second, it felt like a real moment.

And then it hit me:
Artificial intelligence didn’t just recreate a picture.
It recreated a feeling.

In medicine, this is the crossroads we’re standing in right now.

AI isn’t just producing data.
It’s producing confidence sometimes accurate, sometimes not.
It’s generating clinical recommendations that look polished, persuasive, and intuitive.

These are science-based habits that reset your circadian rhythm, protect cognition, and reduce inflammation from travel.

🔥 My #JetLag Reset Routine (#DrGPT Protocol)
	•	Lux Light for 10–15 minutes immediately upon waking
	•	5-minute sunlight walk to anchor your brain to the new time zone
	•	No caffeine for the first 90 minutes (prevents the mid-day crash)
	•	High-protein breakfast (30–40g) for stable energy
	•	Hydration + electrolytes
	•	Zone 2 movement later in the day (light, not intense)
	•	Eat meals on the local schedule as soon as possible
	•	Light infrared sauna (120–125°F) gentle, restorative heat that reduces inflammation without adding stress
	•	Nighttime “Circadian Landing Gear”: warm shower → magnesium → no screens → cool room
	•	No alcohol for 24 hours after landing

It’s amazing how quickly your body adapts when you give it the right signals.

The messages caught me off guard.
People from villages, megacities, and remote mountain towns all saying the same thing:

And I’ll be honest on a day like Thanksgiving, those words hit differently.

When I walked onto that #TEDx stage, I carried a lot with me:

the Texas rancher stranded on a dusty road during his stroke…
little Jimmy, gasping for air until a simple hand-drawn “dust monster” finally made him smile…


These stories never leave you.
They shape the way you see the world.
They shift the question from “How do we treat?” to “How do we reach?”

So when the messages started arriving from Brazil, India, South Africa, rural Alaska I realized something:

This isn’t just my mission.
It’s a shared one.
Because no matter where we live, we all want the same thing:
For distance not to decide our destiny.

And this is where my gratitude deepens.

- Developed the business of the initial Sprint PCS account for Motorola in 1997 that resulted in ~60% market share award of $700M as reported in the Wall Street Journal on 9-25-1997.
- Motorola ReadyLink Push-To-Talk account manager to Sprint.
- Attended seminars on FCC spectrum auction rules and game theory and was involved in analyzing FCC Auction 4 (PCS A-B Block) and Auction 11 (PCS D-F Block) for Motorola.
- Motorola trial manager for the Motorola-Cox cable-based PCS testing that tested GSM and CDMA PCS calls over cable lines. Provided input to the Cox FCC report.  Cox was awarded a pioneer's preference license from the FCC based on Cox’s cable-based PCS testing.
- Negotiated the WiMAX Trial agreement and managed business aspects of the WiMAX trial between Sprint and Motorola.
- Developed the business and managed the initial sales of the EVDO wireless high speed data network to Sprint.
- Supported Motorola’s telemedicine activities that included: 1) being a former member of the Continua Alliance “which is comprised of technology, medical device and health care industry leaders dedicated to making personal telehealth a reality” and 2) supporting Motorola’s Motohealth (Mobile Solution to Monitor Chronically Ill Patients) activities with Sprint.
