When companies join one of our leagues, we offer fully customisable Kappa kits.

(Think Barca 1997 😮‍💨)

Now, Digitas are one of London’s biggest agencies.
Some of the best designers in the world on their payroll.

So they turned the kit into a competition.

The entire company submitted designs.
And the football team chose the winner.

Suddenly, there's engagement across the entire company.

Colourways get debated.
Anticipation builds.

And people who don’t even play are invested.

The winning kit is 🤌

They ended up ordering 17.
For a 5-a-side team.

That’s when you realise it was never really about 5 players.

Not everyone needs to play to feel something.
I've seen it dozens of times over the years from the companies that get it.

It could be a kit vote, a match report emailed round the entire company or even a mention in the weekly standup.

It doesn't take much.
But done properly, it can galvanise company culture.
