Estée Lauder Companies is a best in class, luxury manufacturer and marketer of skincare, fragrance and beauty products. Running multi-million pound seasonal budgets to optimise and grow sales square meterage internationally across the portfolio of our brands, including Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, and La Mer, required a strong understanding and management of intercultural team dynamics, and multi-stakeholder alignment. Despite high intensity demands on project delivery, it was imperative that each brand's luxury quality and design integrity remain uncompromised. A strong focus on people development, and negotiation kept projects on track, and in budget.

Alpha FX is an award winning, rapidly growing, financial technology business. In a multi-functional role encompassing people and environments, I worked alongside the CEO to reduce friction for the high-impact sales team, in order to help them collectively and as individuals find their marginal gains. From strategic development of coaching initiatives to leading their move into a new inspirational 16,000sqft, multi-million pound, central  London office space, everything worked in pursuit of optimising and incentivising the performance of the sales teams and ancillary functions.

Alexandria Clothing Company

Alexandria Clothing Company is one of Egypt’s largest textiles manufacturers. As head of business development and special projects, my responsibility was revenue generation in both the home and overseas markets. This role combined the complexity of manufacturing with international people management, in an industry known for high intensity timelines and lean margins. Special projects included launching an innovative female brand for a new emerging market segment and developing our crisis strategy through periods of geo-political instability.
