•	Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations, managing contracts, medical exams, and new hire onboarding.
•	Oversee payroll preparation and processing, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
•	Manage employee leave (paid leave, sick leave, etc.) and occupational accidents (AT).
