•	Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations, managing contracts, medical exams, and new hire onboarding.
•	Oversee payroll preparation and processing, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
•	Manage employee leave (paid leave, sick leave, etc.) and occupational accidents (AT).

One of the most important lessons that life has taught us is that a gem cannot be polished without friction, nor can a person be perfected without trials. 

Just like a gem, we need a little friction along the way to bring out our shine.

In January this year 2023, I will be working for PUB for 29 years. I’m still an Assistant Engineer. This says a lot about my RO, my GM, my SDD, my union officials and my organisation. Loyalty has no bearing in this organisation. That’s why I’m trying to venture out. I’m a budding entrepreneur. I’m an extrovert. I talk a lot.
