• Introduced pixels, utm parameters, bitly links and google analytics to track donors' journeys for re-targeting via online advertisements, email marketing and SMS marketing
• Coordinating with international chapters for planning and execution of fundraising events
• Implementation of donor engagement, membership renewals and retention strategies. Managing CSR team, analyzing call logs and assigning them daily tasks and targets

•	The purpose of our research was to find out whether the transgender community in Lahore has access to proper medical facilities
•	The research was linked to both Behavioral Economics as well as the field of Psychology 
•	Interviewed actors that were part of our research program, handled various different types of difficult situations on the field and interacted with medical professionals across Lahore in order to extract data
•	Acquired leadership skills by spearheading a team of five research assistants on the field.
•	Inferred first of its kind insight into the workings of the health sector by collecting data from standardized male and transgender patients that were sent to a sample of 36 clinics across Lahore.
•	Gained invaluable experience of handling data by conducting in depth data analysis using STATA.
