I signed a contract of exclusivity with Twitch in April of 2016 and spent most of my spare time tending to that audience and growing it while maintaining my part time job and school work. 

During my time streaming on Twitch I reached an audience of 8500+ people and had a steady stream of income.

Core responsibilities with eBay Australia include ensuring that creative campaigns meet production deadlines, as well as providing general creative direction for the entire Australian business, on over 80 marketing campaigns per month across a wide range of communications and marketing for out-of-home, onsite, social media, mobile, in-app, and additionally our partner & affiliation platforms. I also provide day to day leadership, development and coaching support to my team of six digital designers, a copywriter and a campaign traffic coordinator.

Key Achievements:

Successfully lifting Australian creative regions ‘click-through’ rate to be 3 times higher than any of the other regions.

Building in-house photography & videography studio, directly saving eBay hundreds of thousands of dollars in agency fees per year.

Coaching designers into new skillsets – resulting in the internal team developing into a nimble and progressive group. A direct saving on the bottom line in terms of minimising outsourcing fees.

Lowering the ‘churn’ significantly within my team, resulting in a highly motivated, stable creative group of amazing individuals who love to work together to create results.

Senior Manager Creative Services

Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this role gave me responsibility for overseeing the creative output for our external agencies and also for our internal team.
In addition to full, involvement in conceptual work for ‘above the line’ campaigns, social, display, and owned channels I was responsible for rolling out, and guarding, the eBay brand guides in Australia – both client and agency side.

My key focus in this senior role included working closely with our production agency managing timelines and efficiencies, crafting on-brand creatives for owned channels across the eBay platform; which consisted of home page marketing, retail landing pages, email marketing, social assets, deals promotions, Solus emails, email triggers, advertising, display and so much more.
