Szybko. Efektywnie.
Ale jest jeden poważny problem, o którym w zasadzie nikt nie mówi.

PROBLEM: Większość kandydatów używa AI do przygotowania aplikacji (Gartner, Pracuj to potwierdzają w badaniach)

Ostatni miesiąc: 300+ aplikacji na Head of Sales w SaaS.
Co zobaczyliśmy:

Kandydat dzwoni:

"Mam 20 lat doświadczenia. Byłem w X, Y, Z. Senior Product Manager. Rozglądam się."

Moja reakcja: Ok, ale co to dla mnie znaczy?


Problem:

Większość kandydatów sprzedaje CV, nie wartość.

Lista firm.  
Lista stanowisk.  
Zero kontekstu.

To nie mówi mi:
- Co konkretnie zbudowałeś
- Do kogo sprzedawałeś
- Jaki miałeś wpływ na biznes

Porównaj:

Wersja 1: 
"20 lat w sprzedaży. Byłem w ABC Corp, potem XYZ Ltd. Head of Sales. Szukam nowych wyzwań."

Wersja 2:
"Budowałem enterprise sales w SaaS – sprzedaż do banków i ubezpieczycieli. Średni kontrakt: 500k-2M PLN. Cykl sprzedaży: 9-12 miesięcy. Zbudowałem pipeline 15M w 18 miesięcy. Zarządzałem zespołem 8 BDMów. Teraz szukam scale-upu B2B, który sprzedaje do enterprise i potrzebuje kogoś, kto zna długie cykle i negocjacje na poziomie C-level."

Która wersja mówi mi:
- Jaki problem rozwiązujesz
- Do kogo umiesz sprzedawać

Schemat dla Ciebie:

Zamiast: "Mam X lat, byłem tam i tam"

Powiedz:

1. Co zbudowałeś – konkretny rezultat (liczby, pipeline, przychód)
2. Do kogo sprzedawałeś – segment klienta (SMB/mid-market/enterprise, branża)
3. Jaki był cykl – kontekst (wartość kontraktu, czas sprzedaży)
4. Jak to zrobiłeś – metodyka/zespół
5. Czego teraz szukasz – target (etap firmy, profil klienta)

Przykład – Produkt:

"Przez ostatnie 4 lata budowałem B2B SaaS dla e-commerce – klienci typu Zalando, LPP... firmy 100-1000 osób. Skalowałem produkt z 5M do 40M ARR. Zwiększyłem retention rate z 78% do 91% przez przebudowę onboardingu. Zarządzałem cross-funkcjonalnym zespołem: 12 devs, 3 designerów, 2 PMów. Teraz szukam scale-upu w logistyce tech lub supply chain – gdzie rozumienie przepływów pracy jest kluczowe."
