The mission of the non-profit NAFBF/Complete Athlete is the development of character, leadership, life skills, and physical abilities in order to empower student-athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the field.

We offer a patent-pending program called The Complete Athlete where students take online courses in leadership, athletic mindset, and life skills including financial literacy and earn 9 college credits. They can then earn more credits with a diverse catalog of subjects and courses through our program. This is not sport specific and has been developed for students grade 9-12 and can be taken by ages 13-21.

My role is to lead a nationwide group of state presidents to expand the impact of our unique program along with forming partnerships with regional and national youth organizations.
 
We are actively recruiting county specific affiliates to join us in our mission along with territory directors to manage these affiliate partners.  Affiliates earn attractive incomes through their work. This includes late summer and fall 18u, 16u, and 14u baseball leagues, evaluations, and camps with access to proprietary tools through our company partners. Our mission includes corporate sponsored scholarships so no student-athlete is left out.
