•	Developed relationships and became a trusted advisor for several business units
•	Worked closely with business units and stakeholders to elicit, document and validate requirements used for vendor assessments 
•	Performed gap analysis on the current and future state of several applications and review the results with the project teams
•	Performed a structured walk through to get a better understanding of the customers business requirements and translated them to specific functional and non-functional requirement documents
•	Created and presented a monthly lunch and learn program to introduce the IIBA framework to the Business Analyst on the team

Business Analyst Lead

JPMorgan Chase

•	Work as the information owner for a AML/KYC application, was assigned the responsibility for controlling the production, maintenance, use and access to the system
•	Lead efforts to define, manage, document and implement policies around the roles needed and the on boarding of users to the AML/KYC application.  The results of these efforts made the application compliant with the organizations risk policies
•	Worked closely and successfully handed over the on boarding process for users of the AML/KYC application to centralized access administration team which satisfied one of the risk controls    
•	Collaborated with several lines of business and technology teams to document, maintain and validate the roles and permissions needed for the AML/KYC application
•	Was part of team that setup a dedicated User Acceptance Testing team for the AML/KYC application,  this allowed the testing efforts to be more efficient and effective for each release

Business Analyst Manager

•	Was selected to be a member of a team to develop and implement a process using behavior driven development principles to manage the software lifecycle.
•	Introduced and helped implement best practices to assess the quality of requirements presented from all lines of business to the group. 
•	Worked closely with testing groups to develop a template to create and validate scenarios needed for several projects.  
•	Organized training provided by the local International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) to help introduce best practices and standards to the group.

Business System Analyst Lead

•	Served a variety of roles in response to the new shared services structure that was instituted within the organization.  Facilitating the creation of business requirement documents, creation of test scripts and processes to identify and resolve application defects.
•	Was selected on the committee to organize and setup a Business System Analyst Center of Excellence for the entire information technology group within Huntington Bank.
•	Coached and mentored other Business System Analyst within the organization so they could better elicit and document requirements and develop relationships with clients.
•	Developed and instituted a new implementation process for updates to the core system used by the Trust group.  The new process reduced the amount of issues and time to implement the updates.

Business Systems Analyst Senior

Assumed lead role to create tools and processes to automate validation tasks used during data conversions.   As a result the project was able to bring in new tools and processes which were used during a conversion and reduced the amount of time to validate by 50%
Served a variety of roles in response to frequent organizational changes.  Facilitating the creation of business requirement documents, tools to automate manual tasks, test scripts and processes to identify and resolve application defects.
As a participant on a conversion, produced analysis reports for select business partners and analyzed source files to facilitate mapping.  The project was completed in a record time of 5 months and met all output metrics.

Cardinal Health

Served in a variety of roles to support reporting.  Initiates the creation of business requirement documents, process improvement, applications, web sites and reports using different technologies and methodologies.

Business Systems Analyst

Managed the distribution of software updates and marketing content to the entire ATM fleet. Through the development and maintaining of relationships with groups within the organization was able to identify and resolve issues to increased the availability of the fleet from 92% to 98.5%
Conducted weekly meetings to advise the different levels of management of fleet status.  Meetings were organized with a clear agenda and update of action items, resulting in a high level of attendance and resolution of chronic issues.
Created a set of tools to validate the status of each machine and was able to update each machine remotely and ultimately reducing repair costs.
