Led a team of 90, with up to 14 direct reports, that were responsible for infrastructure, global support, and program management, enhancing the global WAN, managing daily IT operations, and implementing large-scale initiatives. This included managing a $25M annual budget.

• Deployed FortiGate firewalls, Uplogix OOB devices, Fortinet switches, and Dell/Supermicro servers across 188 sites.
• Implemented ServiceNow for 7,500 end users and 250 fulfillers and led a 25-person pilot of Microsoft 365 Copilot, defining company-wide generative AI strategy.
• Built a PMO from the ground up, creating a new project lifecycle process to handle 80+ active and potential projects.

Vice President of IT Services

Led a team of 35, with 10 direct reports, that were responsible for cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and on-premises servers, creating IT policies, processes, and procedures to support the larger company IT strategy. This included managing a $12M annual budget.

• Spearheaded the deployment of Microsoft Teams for 7,000 users, seamlessly consolidated 14 tenants, and implemented Mobile Access Management for 2,500 users.
• Directed company-wide OT initiative to inventory and segment critical safety OT devices, reduce network-connected OT, and enhance OT incident response.
• Led critical cybersecurity projects, improving patching, phasing out unsupported Windows systems, and implementing MFA.

Director of Information Technology

Led a team of 6 that were responsible for Microsoft 365 and organizational change management, overseeing productivity applications company-wide and handling user communication and training. This included managing a $4M annual budget.

• Reviewed Azure cloud architecture and coordinated Microsoft review for IoT Connected Bed platform, and secured penetration test firm for cybersecurity.
• Enhanced network performance through LAN remediations and developed solutions for eCommerce solutions.

Led software development projects for clients, working closely with customers to understand their vision and base requirements. This included managing a $1M annual budget.
