In just over seven months in role, I was promoted from individual contributor to leading the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team that provided clarity, guided people through change, and facilitated communication in going fully remote at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Successfully architected and optimized programs to support a workforce that had never been remote by transitioning in-person events online, increasing methods and frequency of communication, and providing a monthly toolkit of resources for all people leaders.

By effectively uniting corporate social responsibility goals with community identified needs, the Year of Action sponsorship program enabled us to provide resources and labor at no cost to the recipient organizations. The modern talent crises isn't rooted in a lack of desire for work, the same people who refuse to work behind a counter 9-5 for 9$/hour might be at the gym for two hours everyday. The problem is a lack of access to fulfilling work. I'm working to help companies offer bring more than just a paycheck to their workers, but self actualization.
