Grateful (and still slightly confused) to share that I was promoted to SDR Team Lead 🙏

Wrapped up the year at 217% annual attainment, which sounds impressive until you realize it mostly came from:

- A very patient manager
- An even more patient team
- Too much Celcius and coffee
- A lot of learning the hard way
