2) Mergers & Acquisitions support and post-deal integrations 

Support of M&A activities (buy side and sell side) of two transactions with an aggregate value of €145m, and led a €25k acquisition.

Managed the integration of acquisitions (3x) into the financial protocols of Awin Group.

3) Implementation of a new Awin Group ERP system

I researched suitable ERP systems, which led to me proposing, architecting, and project managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 (€1m cost).
