• Managed a team of Product Managers and led Twilio’s international expansion and fraud mitigation charter
• Launched a KYC compliance product line to address changing regulations that is used by 1.2M+ businesses with first year revenues exceeding $177M

My calendar quickly got overwhelmed when I was trying to help friends who got laid off in 2023. To help them land jobs I was giving them resume advice and interview coaching. This took hours but these friends landed jobs!  

After coaching 50+ people 1:1, it became clear that this can be solved with technology. People needed an on-demand coach that provides interview feedback and resume advice.

So, some friends and I built Practice with AI in 2 months, using the latest LLMs, a simple text-to-voice-to-text layer, and some intuitive workflows.

As the Product Manager for a 10-person engineering and design team building, I launched a Cost-Per-Click ads product, social sharing tools, and a monthly subscription service of our recruiting product. I also launched automation features for internal job processing on the platform that increased the job ingest efficiency by 40%.  

Within this small team, I did everything from User Research, writing JIRA tickets, conducting SCRUM Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming to implementing Agile processes and working with Sales and Marketing to take new products to market.
