After having worked for a few years in the financial sector in the field of IT Project & Product Management in France, I changed careers to become a Freelance Social Media Manager.

Being very fond of women's empowerment, I started a blog in 2020 to inspire women to restart their careers. I absolutely loved the process of creating content alongside creating a like-minded community on my social media.

X-FAB

•	Directed a digital transformation program at X-FAB France, overseeing the replacement of the legacy SPC system with SPACE SPC software. Objectives included enabling faster decision-making, elevating quality control, benchmarking performance with other sites, and optimizing manufacturing capacity through the transfer of automotive technologies from X-FAB Malaysia to X-FAB France. 

•	Managed a €1.5M budget and led a diverse team of 40 stakeholders to reduce engineering man-hours by 10%, increase manufacturing moves by 10%, and decrease scrapped wafers by 4%, resulting in an annual operational cost reduction of €1M.    

•	Drafted RFPs, evaluated vendor responses and SoW, and negotiated contracts, securing a longer payment schedule and reducing annual maintenance fees by 20%.  

•	Orchestrated a series of workshops over 6 months, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify pain points, conduct GAP analysis, collect business requirements, and build consensus for change. 

•	Fostered a robust network with X-FAB Germany and X-FAB Malaysia to leverage their expertise to implement successful solutions in X-FAB France.

•	Recruited and mentored 2 fresh graduates, nurturing the next generation of leaders responsible for maintaining, scaling, and advancing the SPACE software initiative. Gradually built a high-performing core team of 10 people, focusing on conceptualizing data flow and solutions to ensure the seamless integration of SPACE software.

•	Achieved multiple right-first-time successes of software deployment in production, building the credibility of the new solutions and promoting enthusiastic adoption across the organization.

•	Challenged the status quo, leading to a redesign of roles and responsibilities in the organization to alleviate operational bottlenecks tied to single-team dependency. 

•	Reported program status to senior management including local and global C-levels, engaging in strategic discussions about the program's future direction.

Principal Project Manager

•	Pioneered the establishment of a 'customer project' business entity in X-FAB France to integrate the France site with the rest of the X-FAB group. This business entity acted as a driver of customer satisfaction during the prototyping phase. This success streamlined automated data flow, enhanced visibility into the device life cycle, and enabled seamless data access across X-FAB sites, resulting in optimized resource allocation and improved operational efficiency. 

•	Collaborated with a cross-functional team of 12 people from sales, customer service, process integration, process engineering, and production control to analyze legacy prototype device life cycle flow and to collect business requirements. Customized, configured, and tested Microsoft AX ERP customer project module, ensuring seamless integration across the various departments.  

•	Demonstrated exceptional project management skills by successfully deploying the Microsoft AX ERP customer project module 6 months ahead of the Go-Live schedule. This accomplishment set a commendable precedent, inspiring other departments to achieve similar levels of efficiency and excellence.

•	Transferred customer-specific technology customization activity from X-FAB Malaysia to X-FAB France, freeing up valuable Malaysian manufacturing capacity for high-volume Tier 1 customers. This move not only enhanced operational agility but also strengthened customer relationships.

Project Leader

Altis Semiconductor

•	Played a pivotal role in launching Altis Semiconductor's chip design activity, serving as a foundational member of a 6-person core team. This initiative marked the inception of the company's exploration into chip design. 

•	Assumed comprehensive responsibility for collaborating with IP providers, leading the customization and integration of IPs to design a Secure Micro SD card. The main IPs were a 32-bit AHB SD slave controller and a NAND flash controller.
 
•	Performed RTL design and validation. Executed top-level RTL and back-annotated regressions of the whole chip. Supported software team in FPGA/ASIC validation and test team in wafer-level pattern validation.

•	Established a dedicated test lab and devised robust test methodologies to empower the design team with validation capabilities to expedite the testing phase. Set up the PGA validation board. Developed test bench to push JTAG and SPI patterns in bit-banging mode through FTDI cable to debug the chip. 

•	Generated random bit streams across the voltage and temperature range to compute the entropy of Random-Number-Generator IP. Developed JAVA program to implement AIS31 test-suit to qualify for EAL4+ CC certification.

Senior Digital Design Engineer

SEQUANS Communications

•	Contributed to the ASIC design team by performing RTL design and validation for both LTE and WiMax chips.

•	Replaced ARM CPUs with MIPS CPUs, improving chip performance and reducing licensing costs for the company. Designed and validated OCP to AHB bridge to connect MIPS CPUs to the platform. 

•	Developed and validated a Low Power Controller module to reduce chip power consumption. Defined list of Always-on memories and retention flip-flops. Interacted with Cadence support to verify Cadence NCSIM INCISIV CPF parameters and to find solutions to modify VHDL modules to support low-power simulation. Created scenarios to test low power mode and clock gating schemes. Added system verilog properties and performed regressions for property and functional coverage. 

•	Crafted an automated SystemC testbench for LTE Downlink datapath modules to ensure the functionality of critical modules.

•	Evaluated Cadence’s C-to-Silicon and Mentor Graphics’ Catapult compilers.
