I was responsible for driving revenue for the four kitchens and making sure they were running smoothly. I worked closely with 60+ growing food brands to help them develop their operations, marketing presence and scalability.  
 
I managed a variety of projects, including: 
- Curation of a summer 'pop-up' retail store front selling CC member products 
- Creation of a coaching and support program to help the members develop their brands and products by connecting them with experts in fields like food science, marketing and finance 
- Successfully leading the operations and marketing teams to launch a joint venture kitchen, created in partnership with Vancouver catering company The Lazy Gourmet during the pandemic 
- Creation of a holiday gift box product containing CC member items, on sale to the public, project managed end-to-end
