🎓 It started in 2013...
At my first campus interview, I saw hundreds of students chasing jobs they didn’t understand — driven by fear, not clarity.
That’s when I asked:

“How can you choose a job if you don’t even know what it’s about?”

Later that year, I lost my father in a car accident. I was 19.
That grief made me fearless. I promised myself to build something that helped others.

💼 17 Jobs Later...
I worked at 17 companies — searching for a team I aligned with.
I never found it. So in 2019, I started my own agency with my wife.
We even built a mud-walled, nature-filled office.

Clients came — Canva, SmartData, IIT Roorkee — but I saw the same old hiring problems:

Resume obsession

No curiosity

Misaligned teams

💡 The Turning Point
In 2023, I tried to solve it. Built an internal team. It failed.
Why? They weren’t aligned with the mission.

“You can’t build culture without the right people.”

I started studying hiring deeply — from books to behavioral psychology — and built a system focused on:

My biggest takeaway from Day 1: Talk to your users immediately.

After just a few interviews, I realized our main value proposition was off. We're pivoting the headline from "Find developers who truly fit your culture" to "Find developers who are truly interested in what you are doing". It’s a small change in words but a massive shift in perspective.

Tomorrow's goal: Making the sign-up and login functional.

**entrepreneurship is lonely**

There are days when you feel like the “captain in a storm.” You can’t be totally honest with investors. You don’t want to worry your team. You try to celebrate with friends or family, but it always feels like everyone else is speaking a different language. 

I remember the first time it hit me. We’d just shipped a major release, fixed a mountain of bugs, and landed a dream client. People around me said, “You must be on top of the world!” Honestly? That night, I walked home feeling… empty. Not because I wasn’t grateful—but because every risk, every fire fought, every doubt, was mine to carry alone. I couldn’t really share the weight with anyone. 

Turns out, I’m not alone at all—just lonely in a way only other founders will truly understand. Data backs it up: 27% of entrepreneurs rate their loneliness as 7.6 out of 10, and research shows it's not just about feelings. 61% of lonely CEOs say it hurts their decision-making and performance. And behind the headlines and unicorn stories, isolation is far more common than we admit .

Here’s what I’ve learned: 
- The silence is part of the role, especially as the final decision-maker.
- Most of us carry “secret burdens” that can’t be fully shared with anyone in the ecosystem.
- True relief—and better decision-making—comes not from “fixing” loneliness, but by building structured support. The times I sat in a mastermind “hot seat” with founders who simply said, “Me too, you’re not broken,” were the only moments the isolation lessened.

If you’re feeling this, you aren’t a bad founder. You’re just doing what few are brave (or crazy) enough to take on. The loneliness is evidence you’re out front, seeing what only you can see.

It doesn’t go away, but it gets lighter when you step into rooms (even virtual ones) where you don’t have to filter the truth. Even just one honest “check-in” message to another founder can bridge the gap.

Some people call it loneliness. I prefer “productive solitude.” In those moments alone, the breakthroughs—both strategic and personal—are hatched. It’s the cost of doing something original.
