I started in the company working as a sr. Product Manager balancing product strategy and delivery for top class products. My role slowly evolved to a Product Operations role, in which, part of my main responsibilities were:

I participated on the product inception for the project, facilitating a series of functional workshops. 
I applied lean inception techniques, and design thinking to discover how to build the right product.

I led a twelve-people cross-functional team, focusing strongly in high collaboration and good over-communication.
