A few weeks ago I met a U.S. founder with strong roots in Argentina.

Small product dev agency. Around 90 people. Twenty years in.

He did well for a long time working with backed startups in Silicon Valley and Austin.

But the last couple of years have been rough.
Referrals slowed. Cold outreach isn't converting.

Not because the channels are dead. The playbook just hasn’t changed.

His network in Córdoba told him to hire another SDR, revamp his site, buy ads, and fly out to meet prospects.

Seven years since we last talked. But the weight he carried was different this time.

He looked beat. Shoulders low, eyes tired. He went straight in:
