Over the last 13 years, I’ve helped build and scale businesses across Latin America, leading product and growth teams at companies like Rappi, Despegar, ICBC, and Coderhouse.

But in 2021, I hit a wall.

I felt burnt out and disconnected from my purpose, so I decided to walk away from the corporate world and pursue my true calling: empowering others through technology and knowledge.

Before I made the leap, I had a hypothesis: Community-led businesses are the future, and tech-driven education will empower entrepreneurs to lead them. I believed in the power of personalized growth through bioindividuality—leveraging health and technology to unlock potential.

So, I launched ÉTER, a product studio focused on designing community-driven business models. In just 3 months, we grew the community to over 17,000 members.

I also founded MATERIA D, where over 5,000 people have learned to optimize their personal growth and business through technology and AI, helping them scale both professionally and personally.

My mission is simple: To empower people with knowledge and technology to reach their highest potential.

Aprender frameworks está bien. Pero no te harán mejor #ProductManager. 🫠 

Si sabes de frameworks y los has usado, te habrás dado cuenta de que no aplican con todos los casos y que a veces se quedan un poco flacos para tu realidad. 🤔 

Es que están hechos por empresas o líderes de producto que no hay lidiado con tu exacto contexto. 👈 

RICE, Impact-Effort, MoSCoW, y hasta Scrum o Kanban. 🤯 

En el mejor de los casos, has buscado "tu propia forma" de adaptar un framework a tu realidad. 😮  Y eso está bien.

Porque los frameworks son eso: frameworks. 🥴  Es decir, una estructura para ordenar la información y el trabajo para facilitar la toma de decisiones y el trabajo diario.

Pero poco tienen que ver con ser un buen PM. 👈 

Primero, porque a veces te dan poca flexibilidad.

Segundo, porque lo importante no es completar el framework, sino hacerse las preguntas correctas. 🙏 

¿Y cuales son esas preguntas? Depende de tu negocio. 😉 

Si, de tu negocio.

Los mejores PMs no hablan solo de features, productos o lanzamientos. Hablan de métricas de negocio. De P&L. De impacto. 🤑 

Y de cómo detectar y resolver problemas repercute en mejores resultados para la compañía. 💸 

La próxima vez que estés aplicando tu framework favorito a un proceso de producto, pregúntate: 
¿Qué problema estamos intentando resolver? 👈 
¿Cómo afecta esto a los resultados de la compañía? 👈

Te sorprenderá la cantidad de veces que no podemos responder esas dos simples preguntas. 😬 

Y eso es algo que no podemos permitirnos.
