Exactly 1 year ago, I was sitting in a quarterly planning meeting at Planoly when something clicked.

We live in a world obsessed with hacks, speed and shortcuts.

In every business I’ve built, I’ve followed one simple rule:
Be good to everyone.

Not just the clients.
Not just the decision-makers.
Everyone.

Because over time, roles change.
Titles shift.
And the business world is smaller than you think.

I’ve seen it come full circle:

Different perceived value.
