Started my career as a Relationship Manager at the Carson & Co Yateley office, where, blessed with "the gift of the gab" I took to this keenly and demonstrated my innate ability to embrace and conquer new challenges. It was quickly assessed that my talents would be put to better use at the busier Maidenhead office where, under the skilled tutorship of Branch Manager Andrew Freegard and Area Manager Jason Taylor I learned how to successfully identify and convert new business opportunities and build market share in a patch dominated by competitors, building excellent relationships with clients along the way. Learned how to effectively manage a client's expectations, and how to effectively sell appointments/products and third party services to buyers and clients alike. Making use of the excellent training on hand, I further learned how to skillfully navigate my way through the conveyancing process, demonstrating an aptitude for finding and negotiating solutions to sticky diplomatic problems between property lawyers, buyers and clients alike.
