This position included all the sales and business development activities of Sarin Technologies in the region: maintaining the staff and infrastructure to support and maintain the SARIN Technology Products in the region and promoting the business interests of Sarin in the Southern Africa. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
	To promote sales and increase the market share of SARIN Technologies in the local industry. This target was not only reached but reached in a way, which far exceed all expectations: Total sales over 5 years exceeded 12 million USD. Territory includes South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Mauritius as well as other countries in Southern Africa
	The management of key customer accounts. 
	The identification of new and developing markets in the Southern African region and the introduction of these markets to the offerings of SARIN Technologies.
	The procurement and maintenance of all required equipment for the local SARIN Technologies office. This includes but is not limited to the establishment of the first SARIN laser clean room in the southern hemisphere.
	The establishment of new strategic relationships within the local industry such as the SA Diamond Board, the State Diamond Trader, the diamond education schools and representatives of the de Beers group.
	Management and retention of the required staff to offer SARIN customers support, technical training and general product maintenance and service. This involves but is not limited to training of technicians as well as administrative staff. Total Staff: 5 
	Financial management of the local SARIN office: reporting expenses, paying salaries and local office expenses. Maintaining a physical stock of common replacement parts for all SARIN products. Negotiating rental agreements and other service agreements central to the service offerings of SARIN Technologies in the region.
