Business Process Outsourcing – IT Buenos Aires Account Manager

Consultor

3G (Mobile Third Generation) system requirement design based on the e-tom and 3G Framework for Nextel International Peru. The system requirements team created more than 20,000 requirements across eleven IT functional areas in a mere 6 weeks, and just concluded final approvals with the client.  The system requirements team brought their knowledge to bear in support of high level design work jointly undertaken with the client, creating design documentation, providing SME insight, and further refining and clarifying the solution.

•	3G Framework module lead for Systems Requirements Design.
•	Responsible for leading meetings with the client to get the approval of more than 1800 System Requirement. 
•	Spanish speaking Point of contact between the Systems Requirements team and NII Peru.

Nextel International Peru - 3G System Req

Project main objective was to implement a platform to allow Value Added Service (VAS) being activated over different network topologies and equipment vendors. The project considered the platform solution implementation in three phases divided by network and services types (IP and IP-VPN services; Metro Ethernet and SDH-NG services and network; and DSL services and network). Phase 2 (main focus in layer 2 (OSI model)) includes Metro Ethernet and G.SHDSL network and services (Huawei and Cisco switches and Huawei DSLAMs) 

Role Description: Responsible of Release II services Migration (G.SHDSL and MetroEthernet).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

•	Release II Migration Plan definition

•	Coordination with Telecom Argentina manager and rest of application teams (including release I) to define detailed plan tasks and its progress and also to mitigate risks and solve problems and issues

•	Release II Migration Process Analysis and Design.

•	Train and advise Telecom IT team in order to ensure knowledge transfer and Telecom participation in all tasks and decisions related to Release II Migration.

•	Train Accenture team in scripting and data migration processes to prepare a backup resource 

•	Development of Objects Creation and Layer 2 Service Discovery Scripts.

•	Test plan preparation and execution coordination

•	Assist and Support telecom Argentina  in Release 2 deployment plan preparation

•	Ensure the Release II services migration into production environment

Telecom Argentina - “Data Activation Fase II”

AM of networking system is a Project that started since December of 2007. This AM comprises Evolutive Manteinance and Incidents Troubleshooting comprises the following Telefónica de España OSS Networking Systems: Service Activation System (SAS), including service provisioning of RADIUS / LDAP authentication, Service Control Tool (HCS), MGTR and MGA. 

Role Description: Project Lead of the network provisioning applications take-over pilot at Telefónica de España, Madrid, supervising 8 people of different profiles.

The Software applications under the scope of the project were:
•	RADIUS
•	LDAP
•	HP Service Activator.
•	HCS
•	Infovista

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

•	Applications trouble tickets management and tracking.

•	Applications troubleshooting.

•	Telefónica de España users support assistance.

•	Project Plan definition, issues and risks management.

•	Team tasks assignment and workload distribution.

•	Coordinating meetings with key Telefónica users in order to smooth the transition and avoid resistance to the change

“Data Network Provisioning Applications Maintenance”. Telefónica de España. Madrid.

Telecom Personal Argentina is the Wireless Company of Telecom Argentina. It’s one of the leading companies in the region. TP provides voice and data services through their GPRS, 3G (UMTS) and HSPA technology, to their users and companies. 
TP hired Accenture professionals to manage and operate their Production Prepaid Provisioning System, in order to keep the correct functioning of the customer service and cell phone lines services activations. Some of the subsystems elements that were under Accenture scope are: 
•	HLR
•	MGTP
•	IL (Comptel Instant Link)
•	PFE (ATM credit load)
•	OPSC Prepaid real-time billing)

Role Description: Functional Analyst / Troubleshooting Analyst

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

•	Functional Analysis of prepaid charge loading and provisioning process.

•	Process documentation.

•	Cell phone lines activation and service activation.

•	Cell phone lines service troubleshooting.

•	On-call troubleshooting support.

•	Trouble analysis and reporting to the Development team.

Telecom Personal, GO Prepaid. (Wireless telephony).Telecom Personal.

Implementation o an activation and provisioning system (OSS) for MetroEthernet services activation. It included a migration phase to upload the current services to the application, a configuration phase, testing and deployment.  The application (Syndesys NetProvision, Canada) was customized for Telecom Argentina. 
•	Huawei DSLAMs Customized Module Development Lead.
•	Huawei DSLAMs Customized Module Development Planning Manager.
•	Responsable for leading meetings with the client and Syndesys for planning and tracking of the development plan. (Toronto, Canadá)
•	Development team leading and tasks assignation ( Toronto, Canadá)
•	Analysis of developed Ems and development environment configuration and testing (Toronto, Canada)

During Phase 1, which was successfully implemented from June 2006 to April 2007, I was responsible for the following deliverables: 

•	Migration Functional and Technical Designs 
 
•	Development and Testing of Node and Service Migration Scripts 

•	Node and Service Migration into production (Go Live) 
 
•	Post-implementation user support and assistance.

”Data Activation Fase I”( Communications and High Tech) Telecom Argentina.

Descriptions of projects: Project &quot;New Subscribers Search&quot; (November 2004 to August 2005)

The project was designed to modify the system of Subscribers Search, designing a new data medium and burden, in addition to allow execute searches &quot;on demand&quot; apart from the planned, according to the request of the Decree 1563. The applications are developed in the mainframe environment, using the language Cobol and databases DB2. At the time of closure of this assessment was implemented Phase 1 with total success, complying with the plan stipulated.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•	COBOL, JCL, SQL programming.

•	Unit and string testing.

•	Testing data preparation.

Im a software engineer with experience working as Sr Product Manager in different industries including gaming, airlines, entretainment, health and industrial automation.
