The latter were not a problem for me, as I was usually able to resolve problems in short-order, yielding positive results for all parties involved. 
During my time at the MPSC, I achieved a High Performance rating within the first year, and maintained my rating for all subsequent reviews. Though only a Student Assistant, I was frequently selected to educate or train superiors and new hires in call-center operations.
