I had the "perfect" morning routine.


60 minutes.
Every day.
Non-negotiable.

Until I realized:

It was killing me.

See, when I woke up late, I had two choices:
1. Do my full 60-minute routine
2. Do nothing

Guess which one I picked?

Nothing.
Every time.

Because if I couldn't be perfect, why even try?
