I had the "perfect" morning routine.


60 minutes.
Every day.
Non-negotiable.

Until I realized:

It was killing me.

See, when I woke up late, I had two choices:
1. Do my full 60-minute routine
2. Do nothing

Guess which one I picked?

Nothing.
Every time.

Because if I couldn't be perfect, why even try?

Then I built a safety net:

Can't do 20 min stretching? → 5 min
Can't meditate 20 min? → 5 min breathing  
Can't read 20 min? → 5 min

My backup routine.

I asked a few questions.
Opened n8n.
And in about 25 minutes… the whole thing was automated.

The flow was embarrassingly simple:

→ Email the team instantly

That’s it.
No agents.
