The Hero Loop was founded during the pandemic. TheHeroLoop is a covid19-response SaaS-solution, a "blue ocean" product addressing matching a person in need of help (looper) with someone to help (hero) nearby - for citizens, organisations, businesses, universities and cities. One use case - the solution can be used by humanitarian organisations to quickly and easily get organised in times of disaster. You only need to have a mobile phone with Internet access to participate and take part of the solution. 

The web app is built on a scalable containerised (K8S Open Shift) IaC platform with AI security and Blockchain wallet for anonymous login. 

This solution is the winner of IBM Call for Code Europe 2020 with 400,000+ participants in 168 countries, and Nordic Smart City Hack 2020. Our partners and sponsors are IBM and Nordic Edge.

As Application Architect I was technical lead in E2E Smarter Commerce web application projects serving IBM’s Global retailer customers. The e-commerce web applications enabled the customer to order and configure products, BOM and services from IBM. 

I utilized offshore global delivery teams, and lead Nordic  projects, interaction with sales and stakeholders, solution upgrades, implementation of code upgrades, customer system integration (B2B), led testing, quality assurance, and deployment phases. Documented master test plans, test strategies, test reports and other test-related deliverables. I documented architectural artifacts such as architectural overviews, system contexts, solution design, functional/non-functional, and managed change such as staffing and changes to business processes etc.

I worked with IBM compliance and quality assurance (ASCA audit certifications - 160 hrs of documentation per solution). 

I utilized and engaged offshore IBM Global Delivery centers in Dalian China, and Bratislava Slovakia. Received suggested solution upgrades from Business Development Center (BDC) based in Italy and USA. The asset-reuse effort and worldwide roll-out of the solutions enabled global collaboration, so teaming was truly global and around the clock efficient.

Picofun was before it’s time for mobile games. To support the international expansion to leading operators worldwide, the startup acquired $7M, and launched the world’s first SaaS entertainment platform for GPRS 48kB/s, internet-based games and services for handheld devices, such as PDAs and mobile phones (pre-smartphones).

Her contribution was to develop game community pages to increase engagement and build relationships with the player base, and she was responsible for maintaining the company’s web site with news, press releases and other marketing about the games and other business.

Designers drew amazing characters and created the games UX/UI story and colourful game community pages for different new games, and people were willing to pay to play. The mobile games of this generation had black and white screens. A bit like “snake”, if you remember the popular NOKIA game. However, there still was a lot of hard work to succeed as a trailblazer, and so Picofun was aquired by Aspiro.
