Product and Brand Development:  Factory outreach, negotiating production costs, designing products, sourcing materials, to ensure reliable supply chain. 

Marketing and Promotion: Managed the majority of our marketing campaigns. Oversaw all social ads, and focused on creating compelling promotional content.

Retail Connections and Distribution: Successfully launched in several retail stores. Nurtured and managed our retail connections and streamlined distribution channels to enhance market reach.

Multi-Channel Growth:  Built out multi-channel fulfillment and distribution systems, along with a reliable supply chain process. This enabled our expansion into various platforms, including Amazon, retail partnerships, Shopify, and more. We successfully launched over 100 new SKUs within a span of three years.

Company Exit: Sold the company in April 2019.

In addition to these roles, oversaw inventory management processes and product launches.
