I have built, scaled, and run security programs as a CISO at 4 different organizations ranging from small tech startups to trillion dollar government organizations. The early part of my career was spent working in application security and red teaming. Cybersecurity is a passion of mine; using it to do amazing things is something that gets me fired up.

That’s why I founded Sidekick Security. To help organizations achieve security-led growth and digital transformations. In an age of trust as currency in so many industries, I believe this is the time when security truly can be an enabler. 

Beyond that, I am a lifelong learner. I love studying outside of my field and finding ways to expand the mental models I have to solve problems differently, more effectively, or to think about them in altogether new and fresh ways.

As President of Wyle Information Systems, Mr. Panciocco was responsible for the overall management of all aspects of a $250M federal government services contractor. Efforts included focusing on the company's core competencies of Cyber Solutions, Business Intelligence Solutions, Managed Seats and Services, and Unified Communications Solutions for a wide range of federal agencies.  Agencies included the Department of Defense; , National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and others.  Additionally, Mr. Panciocco was responsible for all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition efforts including strategic positioning, management presentation, due diligence and negotiations. These M&amp;A efforts resulted in a successful sale of RSIS to Wyle and later of Wyle to Court Square Capital Partner.  Specific responsibilities included:

Provided management and leadership direction for all aspects of Information Systems operations, infrastructure, business development and financial operations.  Successfully migrated 90% of small business contracts to Full and Open over a 3 year schedule.
Built a management and business development team that successfully grew business and positioned the company for a successful sale with a $3.4B pipeline and a $900M backlog.
Fostered a customer relationship process which successfully achieved excellent customer satisfaction ratings with consistently high award fees over 95%.  
Successfully transitioned the company to a shared services environment which increased efficiency, reduced indirect expense, and increased profitability.
As COO of the predecessor company, RSIS, established program and business development review procedures, a quality management system, compensation and incentive programs, and financial control procedures.

Grayhawk Systems 2003-2004

Established Grayhawk Systems Information Technology solutions group focusing on DOD opportunities such as the US Army Total Engineering and Integration Solutions contract, US NAVY SPAWAR Information Assurance contract and others.  Additionally, supported M&amp;A efforts and successfully positioned the company for sale.  Specific efforts included:

Created the Information Technology Solutions Group and established a significant pipeline of IT opportunities within the DOD marketplace.
Provided M&amp;A buy-side support creating models to assist due diligence teams in evaluating potential value of IT target companies.
Enhanced the management team by identifying key personnel and assisting in positioning the company for sale.

Held positions with increasing responsibility over a 12 year span starting at SIGNAL Corporation. Maintained senior positions through the successful sale of SIGNAL Corporation to Veridian Corporation and subsequently, Veridian Corporation to General Dynamics.  Specific efforts included:

Managed operations and business development efforts for the Engineering and Management Services organization.  Built a business which produced 36% revenue CAGR and a 34% ebitda CAGR over 5 years.
Led capture efforts for the US Army TEIS, GSA Millennia Lite, NAVSHIPSO Installation and Integration, US Air Force IBDSS contracts.  Maintained an 80% win rate and built a pipeline of over $3.5B.
Participated in growing SIGNAL from 49 employees to over 1750 employees and $275M in revenues.
Led GSA business practice and successfully transitioned all small business contracts to full and open contracts prior to the sale of the company.
