•	Collaborating closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing internal communications and external affairs strategy.
•	Charged with building a company culture consistent across five continents and 15 production sites.

•	Presentation of quarterly results to the extended leadership team.

 Global Head of Communications, GE Energy Connection’s Power Conversion Business & GE Marine

•	Directed the creation, coordination, and implementation of the company's external communications strategy worldwide, encompassing media, social media, analysts, and relevant government and NGOs. 
•	Responsible for protecting and developing the GE brand within the Power Conversion business.
•	Actively managed all levers of communication to drive customer engagement.
•	Drove campaigns positioning GE as a recognized thought leader in the energy debate.
•	Daily management of a team spread over five continents.
•	Recognized as one of GE's European Centers of Excellence for External Affairs.

Global Head of External Affairs

TotalEnergies

•	Led a team that developed a 5-year strategic external communications plan with a budget of nearly 50 million USD. The project covered all domains of corporate communications, including public affairs and crisis preparedness. 
•	Responsible for building a corporate structure in Dubai and recruiting the Head of Communications for the Middle East and their team.
•	Drove the plan's launch, set up all the tools for its execution budget management, and put into place measurement mechanisms for gauging the success of changing stakeholder perceptions.

Key Challenge:  Build a consistent and executable communication plan governing 15 countries with highly diverse interests and challenges to bring stakeholder value and secure the business regionally.

Project Head for the creation and the implementation of Total’s communication strategy - Middle East

•	In charge of Media Relations for the TotalEnergies Group of companies worldwide across all business sectors, including Exploration and Production, Refining and Marketing, Petrochemical and Specialties, Gas and Power, and New Energies.
•	Managed a team of 8 people at headquarters in Paris and remote management on media issues of some 20 communication officers worldwide.
•	Responsible for developing and implementing the media communication strategy and, notably, the internationalization of TotalEnergies’ reputation using international, regional, and local media. 
•	Interfaced daily with the CEO and upper management to develop positions, provide advice, and arrange high-profile interviews or press actions.

Key Challenge: Internationalize TotalEnergies reputation by first internationalizing the media team and strategy and accompanying a major management style shift following the CEO change.

Global Head of Media Relations

•	Constructed five-year strategic communication plans in Canada in 2006 and China in 2007/2008 by managing international consulting agencies and coordinating multicultural teams in the Group's affiliated local companies.  
•	Accountable for allocating and managing a project development budget of 1.2 million euros and indirectly responsible for approximately 24 million euros project implementation budget.

Key Challenge:  Build a coherent and executable international communication strategy based on business priorities regionally and then present to the board of directors to get the adequate funding to build and execute over 5-7 years.

Global Head of International Communication Development

•	Responsible for planning, organization, leading, and managing media relations.
•	Organized and managed the Group's bi-annual press conferences in Paris, London, and New York to present the company's earnings and strategy.
•	Led press trips to production facilities on and offshore 6 to 9 times a year.
•	Charged with developing, training, and presenting the company's press relations rules and procedures to upper management, developing and implementing crisis communication.
•	Spokesperson concerning the company's projects and strategy and managed crises on a global basis.

Key Challenge:  Accompany Total in the media as it concluded the merger of Total, Fina, and Elf so that investors, partners, and governments would perceive the new company as the 5th largest Global Oil major.

•	Working directly for the CEO, responsible for the development and execution of a pan-European communication plan to create the reputation of Netgem at a time when the company was unknown.
