•	Initiated and completed numerous cost reduction projects for the virtual factory saving $250k/yr in one of 4 factories.  Worked with engineering to proliferate cost savings throughout the virtual factory. 
•	Sustaining - Created website using Visual Basic to monitor important sustaining data across the virtual factory. 
•	Created Visual Basic macro for default rate calculation system.  This system reduced scrap in the planar area by 50% saving $500k/yr
•	Mentored junior engineers in whitepaper creation, statistical process control, station controller, spec authoring and maintenance. 
•	Designed and installed isolated network with automatic backup for planar data inside the factory.

•	Chaired virtual factory year 2000 equipment team meeting overseeing all fab year 2000 compliance
•	Identified year 2000 compliance workaround using free software and proliferated to the virtual factory saving Intel $300k.  Proactively drove solution throughout Intel manufacturing
