This can look different for everyone but here are some basics that I believe should be a part of your daily if not weekly routine:

*Foam rolling (AKA self-myofascial release or SMR…AKA torture to some 😂)
*Stretching
*Mobility work and warming up before workouts

Here’s why:
 
SMR:
Helps to release tight knots in the muscle and fascia
Improves blood flow and oxygen delivery to tissues
Can reduce pain and improve range of motion

Stretching:
Increases muscle flexibility and length
Reduces muscle tension after workouts
Aids in recovery

Mobility work:
Improves joint health and movement control
Increase functional range of motion
Helps prevent compensation and overuse injuries

Other self care things to incorporate:
*Massage
*Sauna
*Ice bath
*Epsom salt baths
*Rest/Recovery days
*Tools to help your body to recover well

If you don’t take the time to take care of your body…eventually it will force you to take the time because you will be injured and not able to do anything else!

I am so excited!

It’s hard not to be when people around you are starting to catch the fire and the vision that you have.

It’s hard not to be when people are seeing the benefits and health changes that they have longed for, for so long.

I started a journey with this technology about 9 months ago. 

It wasn’t something I thought was for me but was for my clients.

But it was most definitely for me AND for everyone else.

I have seen so many benefits and have been able to help so many people in the last 9 months.

And I have also seen income coming in that I know, only has the potential to grow.

The sky is the limit!

My heart is to help people and to be honest if I didn’t have bills to pay and goals to buy a house and be debt free and travel…

I would help people for free.

I love it that much.

But if I can help people and see income come in as a result…I will take it.

I am excited for the future and what it holds.

This technology is not only changing people's lives in regards to their health.

It is also changing people’s finances.

It’s bringing freedom to so many areas of people’s lives.

I am so SO glad that I said yes 9 months ago and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings!

What supplements should I be taking?

This is a question I get regularly as a coach.

Truly this depends on you.

It depends on whether you have deficiencies or insufficiencies.

It depends on your goals.

It depends on…

Fill in the blank.  😂

There are some very beneficial supplements out there but I can’t recommend every single one of them to every single person.

Here are a couple that I can:

Creatine is safe and effective and has great benefits for:
*Strength and stamina
*Muscle growth
*Recovery
*Cognitive function

Omega 3’s are safe and effective for:
*Reducing inflammation
*Cognitive function
*Muscle recovery and performance
*Heart and vascular health

The issue I have with recommending a bunch of supplements is that most people deal with some level of inflammation and with that comes a level of leaky gut.

That means you are likely not absorbing a good amount of the supplements and honestly the foods that you are taking in.

You need something that you don’t need to absorb to equip your body to heal and reduce the inflammation so that you can begin to absorb nutrients more efficiently.

This little patch doesn’t heal your body.

No medical claims to that.

What it does do…it gives your body the ability to do that itself.

Our bodies are miraculous.

We have messed them up though with the junk we eat and drink, the junk we put on our bodies and environmental toxins.

Stop the madness.

GIve your body the tool it needs to heal and recover well so that you can get back to thriving!

Let’s talk about how you can get these patches on you!

Are you one of the 60% of people who don’t get good sleep regularly?

If you are, you have likely done everything you can think of to help.

Supplements like melatonin, l-theanine and magnesium are some of the most common.

Is that really what your body needs?

Unless you are doing some blood testing…you likely don’t know and you’re just throwing something at the problem to see if it works.

I believe in a holistic approach to your health.

Figure out what the root of the problem is and fix it.

Sometimes it’s simply lack of movement.

Sometimes it’s the bed time routine and you need to shut your phone etc down earlier before you go to bed.

Sometimes it’s deeper.

As we age and the more toxins we are exposed to the more inflammation rises in our bodies and our stem cells go dormant.

When you can start to re-activate those dormant stem cells…you can begin to allow the body to heal and regenerate and recover like it’s supposed to be able to.

These patches have helped more people than I can count with sleep.

It’s actually one of the first benefits that I have heard from people.

Two of the most recent were:

Someone who was struggling with only getting 2-4 hours of sleep a night and now is getting 6-8.

Another who was waking up 3 times a night and the first night slept straight through to 5:30.

Equip your body with the right tool and you will be amazed at what it can do!

It was a wonderful day.

I have my carb surplus and my patches in place…

So I am ready to crush my upper body workout today!

Looks like I will be setting a date for my first competition soon!

I have already been seeing some great progress in this growth phase so I am excited to see the results when it’s time to start leaning out!

Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving tomorrow?!

This year is flying by.

I am looking forward to some yummy food tomorrow and relaxing with my boyfriend and his parents.

There is so much to be thankful for!

This is definitely going to be my day that I have my “free meal” and I am looking forward to it!

I love turkey and my sweet potato casserole the most but I love it all.

I will be making the sweet potato casserole, rolls and an apple and pecan pie 😀

I don’t know about you but I am a creature of habit.

I can do new things and challenge myself but my brain operates best when I have a schedule in place and I stick to it.

The holidays can be a challenge when it comes to sticking to my schedule though.

Thanksgiving messed with my normal workout and eating routine.

I thought, no problem…I will just workout out Saturday instead.

When it came down to it…I didn’t want to go to the gym on Saturday.

My brain said it was rest day 😂

But I don’t have time to skip workouts right now.

My friend at the gym laughed at me when I told him that.

He said I had officially gone off the deep end…

I went off the deep end a long time ago though 😂

Even though I didn’t feel like going, it has become such a part of my identity that to not go would feel worse than going and I knew that going was going to feel good after I did it.

If you know…you know!

It takes time for things like this to become a part of who you are…not just what you do.

It takes consistency.

It takes pushing through and going even when the motivation isn’t there.

It is so worth it in the end though.

I am thankful that I have put in the years of effort but I am also thankful for the tools I have in place to help me with my energy, mental clarity, mood and recovery.

I have seen such a change in the 9 months having these.

I have done the work but these have helped me to really see the fruit of all of it.

Who would have thought it would be as easy as putting a sticker on?

It really is simple.

There are no true quick fixes that work for the long term.

Most quick fixes only make it harder for you in the long run.

So why not just start doing what’s necessary?

How much do you want what you are dreaming about?

It will show by the effort you put in.

💧 Hydration: The Overlooked Key to Strength & Mobility
Most people think of hydration as a way to “avoid cramps” or “stay cool” during training.

 But when it comes to building strength and keeping your body moving efficiently, hydration does a lot more.

Your fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles — relies on fluid movement to stay supple and slide smoothly.

 When you’re dehydrated, fascia becomes sticky and stiff, leading to adhesions that restrict movement, slow recovery, and even limit your strength potential.

Think of it like this:
 👉 Hydrated fascia = fluid movement, better power transfer, less tension
 👉 Dehydrated fascia = friction, tightness, and compromised performance

So before you reach for another pre-workout, start with the basics:
 ✅ Aim for half your body weight (in ounces) of water per day
 ✅ Add electrolytes if you sweat heavily
 ✅ Rehydrate before and after training — not just during

Strong muscles need hydrated tissue to perform.

Train hard — but stay fluid. 💪💧

Do you notice a difference in your performance when you’re hydrated vs. not?

The longer I experience this technology the more I am amazed by how many areas of your life it can impact.

How many things can help you improve sleep and clear brain fog as well as improve your fitness level and ability to build lean muscle?

It’s done both for me and so much more.

It truly is life changing in so many ways and it’s only the beginning!

I am thankful every day that I was introduced to it.

I eat healthy…

But…

I can’t lose weight..

I feel bloated…

I struggle with low energy…

I can’t seem to gain muscle…

Does any of that sound familiar?

I have heard this so many times from clients.

You can eat as healthy as you want but still have inflammation in your body.

More people than not deal with some level of inflammation.

We can’t not.

We are exposed to environmental toxins, toxins in our foods, toxins in the personal care items we use, toxins in the cleaning products we use on a daily basis.

Even if you are someone who is careful about many of those things…you can’t avoid environmental toxins unless you are going to live in a bubble.

It’s the reason why disease is so prevalent.

Inflammation has risen in our systems and our stem cells have gone dormant.

Our stem cells are our bodies foundation for healing, regenerating and recovering.

Studies have shown though that approximately 60% of our stem cells are dormant by age 30.

And approximately 90% of them are dormant by age 60.

But what if you could start waking them up naturally?

Not through injections that are expensive and localized?

Imagine what can happen!

Inflammation can begin to decrease.

Things like leaky gut and other gut issues can begin to heal so that you are properly absorbing the nutrients from the foods you eat.
