- Managed and led the chatbot implementation team in digital channels for automotive companies achieving an NPS improvement from 50 to 60 in the website channel.
- I optimized processes and reduced time to market by an average of 15% by effectively implementing Agile processes in different products and digital projects.

- Lead the UX/UI team for implementation of digital solutions within the digital transformation process of the organization, making use of agile project methodologies (Agile - Scrum) in all its phases (definition, diagnosis, design, development, implementation and follow-up-research) and support the UX strategy definition processes.
- Establish growth and product development methodology in digital design teams (UX designer, UX Writer).
- Organize and manage the tasks and product evolutions of the development cells (Conversion, AEM, New Booking Flow, Ancillaries, App, Booking Management).

Achievements:
- Improved the website experience from an NPS of 55 to 64 in the implementation of the "New UX" project in the different countries where Avianca is present.
- Improved conversion by 10% in the average ticket purchase on the Web and 7% in App with the implementation of the "New Booking Flow" project.
- Optimized the digital purchase funnel inventory by 30%, going from a total of 22 to 7 flows, through the implementation of flows adaptable to the variables by country and payment method.

- Design and lead UX experience processes according to user needs in JARVIS project (Application) using user based methodologies such as Human Centered Design, Design Thinking.
- Manage and lead design related processes throughout the product release period (diagnosis, definition, design, development, testing).
- Realization of user stories containing the need and acceptance criteria of each requirement related to UX / UI and its functionality detail.

- Effectively implemented the JARVIS project generating a 20% increase of conversion in the application with respect to the conversion given in the same period of the previous year.
- Increased by 5% the total revenue of the average ticket in Colombia and El Salvador, with the definition and implementation of the user experience processes (UX Lead) of the digital initiatives and initiatives of the Ancillaries team.

- Reduced waste in production consumption, optimizing the use of material in each product by 15% by optimizing the structures and joints.
