→ Optimizing the enterprise restaurant onboarding process to reduce average time in funnel 6x from 45 to 7 days for national partners like Arby's, Denny's, Five Guys, Hooters and TGIFriday's.

→ Piloting the innovative “Virtual Restaurants” program to test its scalability, which later became the biggest growth driver for Eats in 2018.

As an income tax audit intern working in SME-UEST (Underground Economy Specialist Team), my main responsibilities included analyzing tax return information which allowed the team of auditors to make more informed decisions concerning their audits; tracing, updating, and maintaining control of client data; identifying and resolving errors; performing general clerical and administrative support functions.

In addition, I collaborated with the Program Services team in administering 2 hiring programs (Internal and External Audit Expos) with each resulting in 12 new recruits on average. 
I also improved team efficiency by independently identifying and correcting inefficiencies in Excel worksheets, created a document highlighting these changes, and presented it to my team during a meeting.
