We generated an +18% improvement in 14-day conversion rates for the top 20 U.S. and Canada markets, leading to $8M of implied sign up cost savings.

Additionally, I built teams that helped grow and scale Uber Eats restaurant operations by:

→ Optimizing the enterprise restaurant onboarding process to reduce average time in funnel 6x from 45 to 7 days for national partners like Arby's, Denny's, Five Guys, Hooters and TGIFriday's.

→ Piloting the innovative “Virtual Restaurants” program to test its scalability, which later became the biggest growth driver for Eats in 2018.
