A few years ago, I was hustling 15-hour days to build my real estate business in a new country. 

Burnout hit hard—my health and relationships suffered, and every setback felt like failure.

The root cause? 𝐌𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭—fear of failure and constant comparison.

What changed everything:

1️⃣ Celebrating small wins. 
2️⃣ Setting small, achievable goals. 
3️⃣ Starting each day with gratitude.
