Change is the only thing which is constant! And I am a living example of this phrase...
* Earlier was working typically on AP, but changed to AR which is actually more challenging. But still doing some AP along as we should always keep polishing the skills and knowledge we gathered in previous roles.
* Keeping a keen hawk eye on expenses and making sure to bill the client correctly.
* Assist in collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
* Making sure to keep the healthy profits along with the social responsibility of not charging aggressively!
* Supervising the new colleagues and trying to be the leader I always wanted for myself!
* Following up with agents/vendors and continuously improving communication skills...
* Follow up with clients for additional approvals and make sure to provide all the backup we can!
* Warehouse billing and invoicing.

1. Started as AP/AR Accounting Agent and promoted to Global accounts Payable in the first year.
2. Awarded and recognised as the Rookie of the year 2022.
3. Reviewing and recording overseas agent's invoices with high accuracy.
4. Never missed the major deadline of CASS airline billing.
5. Processing domestic trucking invoices.
6. Assisting in recruiting new employees in our department and training them.
7. Making sure we have the correct entries in the system and the charges recorded are accurate with correct taxes and correct creditors.
